We can help you locate your house on your land and provide a plan for your builder. (A professional survey is required at your expense.)

Included in Purchase:
After purchased, a digital copy of this plan will be emailed to you, along with a physical copy to be mailed to the address provided. 

*Please Note: Each purchase is only authorized for one single residential build on the property address provided by you at the time of purchase. If you wish to repeat a build, transfer a purchased design to a different property address, or use a design more than once, you must purchase an additional license or obtain our written authorization. Terms of Service:
All purchasers of Simply Inspired Residential Design House Plans must agree to our Terms of Service. 

Returns, Refunds and Discounts:
Unfortunately, we cannot except returns on Simply Inspired Residential Design House Plans. All house plans are non-refundable once purchased. Simply Inspired Discounts cannot be applied to house plans.

Shipping
Most items ship within 1-2 weeks. Personalized and custom items require approval before sent to production. Once shipped items should arrive within 2-4 business days. Our items are shipped with UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First Class. We cannot guarantee the transit time of the carrier. 

Expedited shipping options are available for select items at checkout. Some handmade signs, personalized items, & other select items are shipped in 1-2 weeks and are not eligible for expedited shipping. However, we will try to work with you to ensure your item(s) meet your deadline. For rush production services email us at info@simplyinspiredco.com (fees could be applied).

Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@simplyinspiredco.com. We can send you a return shipping label, if requested, however the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of the returned product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on some items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, digital downloads, and house plans.

Simply Inspired Co. LLC is not responsible for any damage due to faulty hanging or surface damage (such as discoloration, fading, rust marks, etc.) caused by weather elements and/or high moisture areas in/on all interior and exterior surfaces. Buyer assumes responsibility for proper hanging of the product.
