Most items ship within 1-2 weeks. Personalized and custom items require approval before sent to production. Once shipped items should arrive within 2-4 business days. Our items are shipped with UPS Ground or USPS Priority or First Class. We cannot guarantee the transit time of the carrier.
Expedited shipping options are available for select items at checkout. Some handmade signs, personalized items, & other select items are shipped in 1-2 weeks and are not eligible for expedited shipping. However, we will try to work with you to ensure your item(s) meet your deadline. For rush production services email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (fees could be applied).
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We can send you a return shipping label, if requested, however the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of the returned product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee on some items.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, digital downloads, and house plans.
